Inbound / Outbound Phone Sales to Leads
Do you want to work for an amazing small business that has a small family feel to it? We are looking for someone who can make people feel comfortable on the phone. You will be responsible for booking portrait sessions at our studio by making/receiving calls from warm leads. No cold calling! If you enjoy talking on the phone and people enjoy talking to you on the phone, then this is the job for you!!

The job is $18.00 per hour but performance bonuses are added in if weekly goals are hit.
This is a long term position and not seasonal work for immediate start.

We are looking for someone driven to be a top producer by making Outbound Phone calls to warm leads and fielding inbound phone calls. The ideal candidate should be able to make people feel comfortable on the phone, follow a loose script and provide details to our potential customers to make a decision.

Must be ok with talking to people from all different social, economic, and cultural backgrounds and be able to make the person on the other line enjoy talking to you.
Basic computer skills and typing skills will be required.
All training will happen on the job.

Job Type: Full-time and Part Time Options

Pay: $20.00 + bonuses if weekly goals are hit

Schedule:

• Part time options during Monday - Friday 8:30am-5pm time slots
• Flexible hours for the right candidate as long as weekly goals are met

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus pay for hitting weekly goals

Work Location: One location at the studio in OKC.

Expected hours: 20 – 32 per week
