Outbound Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a skilled Outbound Customer Service Representative to join our team and handle inbound and outbound phone calls and email requests, using a friendly, helpful approach. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who can think on their own feet and resolve any issues with a customer-first business mentality.
· Manage a large volume of outbound calls, emails, and chats with knowledge and efficiency
· Manage incoming calls in response to the outgoing campaigns through email and phone
· Engage with customers in an inviting, friendly, and professional manner to deliver exceptional experiences
· Create spreadsheets to track important customer information and orders.
· Update customer information in a database.
· Organize existing data in a spreadsheet.
· Verify outdated data and make any necessary changes to records.
· Operate common office equipment, like scanners and printers.
· Search for and investigate information contained in files.
· Review data for deficiencies or errors
· Assist with special projects that require substantial amounts of data entry.
· At least 3 months of experience in outbound calling to current and past clients.
· Familiarity with MS Office.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
· High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
· Ability to multi-task and work on tight deadlines.
· Outstanding Customer Service skills.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
