Job Overview:

As an Outbound Call Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to customers via telephone to provide assistance, resolve issues, gather feedback, and promote products or services. You will serve as the frontline representative of our company, ensuring positive interactions and fostering strong customer relationships. Your goal will be to enhance customer satisfaction, drive sales, and contribute to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers to deliver exceptional Customer Service.

·Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner, actively listening to their needs and concerns.

·Provide accurate information about products, services, promotions, and company policies.

· Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate complex issues to appropriate channels when necessary.

· Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services based on customer needs and preferences.

· Follow scripted communication guidelines while adapting to customer responses and maintaining a conversational tone.

·Document all customer interactions, including inquiries, feedback, and resolutions, accurately in the CRM system.

· Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics, including call volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction scores.

· Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and consistent messaging.

·Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and company updates to provide informed assistance to customers.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in Customer Service or sales is a plus.

·Proven experience in outbound calling, Customer Service, sales, or a related field.

·Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and articulate phone manner.

·Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and empathize with customers.

· Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications.

· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

·Results-driven attitude with a focus on achieving targets and exceeding expectations.

· Adaptability and resilience to handle challenging situations and difficult customers professionally.

· Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.

· Commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement to enhance job performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
