Established Single-Family Office seeks Director of Technology to manage all IT functions of the firm.

• Responsible for all IT management and operations of the firm including long-term strategic plans and migrations
• Lead, mentor, and develop a 3-person IT team
• Direct the procurement of all IT-related infrastructure
• Lead and support hardware, software, and security-related projects
• Manage the internal helpdesk and escalate support tickets to the MSP when necessary
• Oversee and evaluate relationships with current MSP and other vendors
• Requires 7+ years' IT experience; Experience in financial services environment a plus
• Extensive experience supporting and troubleshooting Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android devices required
• Must be able to effectively communicate technical matters in non-technical terms to colleagues and clients
