OT Engineer – Water/Wastewater SCADA
· BS degree - Engineering
· 5+ years of engineering experience (US Military bases preferred)
· Construction, maintenance, and automation experience
· Strong technical and communication skills are critical
· Ability to work in a team environment and provide direction to data analyst and technicians
· Software: Proficient experience in an operational environment with the Rockwell PlantPAX suite of application software in support of Historians, HMIs, PLCs, VFDs, and other smart device configurations (soft starts, intelligent overloads, etc.).
· Experience in operating PlantPAX in a virtualized environment with understanding of system requirements and limitations, licensing, and server loading.
· Electrical: Ability to field troubleshoot to determine root cause of failures of instrumentation and low voltage electrical distribution equipment.
· Knowledge of electrical, controls, and communication standards

Hours of performance are 0730-1600, Monday through Friday.
Provide ongoing operations support to monitor and ensure resiliency of infrastructure systems, providing expertise in implementing and maintaining OT systems in support of operating facilities including library object implementation, graphics construction, and system maintenance.
· Support daily operational needs as a SME for operations in the system OT operational environment, enhancing operational ability to utilize the system. This includes end device experience for smart devices utilized by the OT system (drives, HMIs, etc.)
· Establish daily workflows for alarm analysis, troubleshooting, and response to ensure high reliability.
· Provide technical guidance to operations and maintenance in troubleshooting and improving system operability. Assist and direct technicians in troubleshooting and repair of controlled equipment.
· Utilize configuration management tools (e.g. AssetCentre) to maintain control and enable component level disaster recovery in a virtualized server environment.
· Proactively review production workflows, processes, and system data analysis to identify continuous improvement opportunities such as ensure rote and repetitive operations tasks are automated. Guide data analysis in areas and establish routines to continually monitor system parameters for preventative maintenance. Improve operational excellence and optimize infrastructure utilization.
· Develop and deliver ongoing operation and maintenance training with purposeful knowledge transfer.
· Support site infrastructural projects ensuring new projects maintain UESC established standardized implementation on a module and unit basis. Oversee system expansion and enhancement. Provide requirements and assist in commissioning of new facilities and equipment.
· Provide OT side policy implementation support for Cybersecurity requirements and audits.
· Support controls integration, new or modifications, generated from MILCON projects (renovations and new construction).
