SalaryWe are seeking a Lead Abatement Technician to join our construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely removing lead-based paint and other hazardous materials from buildings, structures, and equipment. You will work closely with our project managers and other team members to ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Safely remove lead-based paint and other hazardous materials from buildings, structures, and equipment
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines
- Set up and maintain containment areas to prevent the spread of lead dust
- Conduct air monitoring and quality testing to ensure safe working conditions
- Prepare and submit daily reports on work progress and safety compliance
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- OSHA 10 certification
