Job Description:
Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a dedicated Orthopedic Surgeon for a locum position in Burlington, NC. In this role, you will provide specialized orthopedic care, including surgical and non-surgical treatments for a variety of musculoskeletal conditions. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing, treating, and managing patient care to ensure optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Perform orthopedic surgeries, including joint replacements, fracture repairs, and arthroscopic procedures.
Diagnose and treat musculoskeletal conditions, including sports injuries, degenerative diseases, and congenital disorders.
Provide preoperative and postoperative care, including patient education and follow-up.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and thorough medical records.
Ensure adherence to all relevant medical and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications:
Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) with specialization in Orthopedic Surgery.
Valid medical license to practice in North Carolina.
Board certification in Orthopedic Surgery.
Experience in orthopedic surgical procedures.
Strong clinical skills and ability to manage a diverse patient population.
