Graspmore Physical Therapy is a boutique cash PT clinic that provides a highly effective and modern approach to outpatient physical therapy industry. You heard that right; we are SF's largest Cash Based PT practice! We made this decision to focus on quality patient care without the high patient volume and short treatment times of other clinics.
JOB DUTIES
- Leverage a holistic approach to evaluate and treat the entire individual, not just the injury.
- Individualize care plans specific to each patients' needs.
- Have your voice heard to improve company standards and processes.
WHAT YOUR JOB DUTIES DO NOT INCLUDE
- Spending long hours on documentation.
- Managing PT aides and/or assistants.
- Seeing so many patients you forget their names.
- Treatment times so short there's no way to make progress.

REQUIREMENTS
- New grads with exceptional personal and clinical skills (considered)
- 2-3 years experienced PTs (preferred)
- Full-time employment (part-time preferred).
- Licensed PT in the state of CA (sorry, no PTAs).
- Proof of CPR certification and COVID vaccination.
- Strength and conditioning background (strongly recommended).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
