We are looking for a skilled X-ray Technician to join our team. As an X-ray Technician, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures on patients to help the orthopedic surgeon diagnose and treat musculoskeletal conditions. This position will primarily involve performing xrays on patients in an outpatient Orthopedic Office using a brand new digital Konica Minolta KDR Ultra U-Arm which has programmed presets and positioning for each study type (adjustable).
Duties:
- Prepare patients for radiologic procedures
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using X-ray equipment
- Ensure that all necessary safety precautions are taken during procedures
- Evaluate the images for quality and accuracy
- Keep accurate records of patient information and procedures performed
- Communicate with physicians regarding patient results

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program
- Current certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- Current NY state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist
