Orthopaedic Foot And Ankle Surgeon Opportunity

Baptist Health is assisting Southern Orthopaedic Surgeons in seeking an Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle surgeon to join their busy practice.

Southern Orthopaedic Surgeons is Central Alabama's premier orthopaedic specialist group consisting of eleven physicians, several PA/NP providers, and a full physical therapy department. Ancillaries include X-ray, ultrasound, an urgent ortho center, and partnerships with the area's college and high school athletic programs. The practice has five locations spanning the river region of Alabama including Montgomery, Prattville, and Wetumpka, and has been serving these communities for more than twenty-five years.

The practice's physicians currently provide sub-specialty services including Total Joint Replacement, Hand, and Sports Medicine. There is a need within the community for a Foot and Ankle specialist, and this specialist will have great opportunity to quickly grow their individual practice.

Compensation includes a competitive base salary and productivity incentives. Other benefits include medical, dental, life and disability, and 401(k) and profit sharing.

Education Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited, four-year medical school
• Fellowship trained in Foot and Ankle Surgery required
• Board certified or board eligible in primary specialty
• Valid medical and controlled substance licenses in the State of Alabama
• Valid DEA license
