Organizational Change Management Intern

Arthrex, Inc. is a global medical device company and a leader in new product development and medical education in orthopedics. The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Team at Arthrex Inc. is responsible for effectively supporting and facilitating change initiatives across Arthrex. We are searching for an intern pursuing a Business, Marketing, or Communications degree who is eager to learn and apply Change Management methodologies and practices within business projects. The successful candidate will support and execute training, communications, and awareness activities (training/workshop logistics, communication planning, Marketing asset planning, etc.) for different business initiatives with guidance from the OCM Team. The individual will also work with Corporate Communications, Marketing, Meetings & Events, among other functional groups to facilitate Change Management related activities.

Main Objective:

• Support the OCM team with local and global Change Management initiative activities (training & communication tasks) to facilitate success business outcomes across Arthrex.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage training/workshop logistics.
• Build and release communications.
• Coordinate the proper storage of training materials.
• Manage Marketing asset creation and release for awareness campaigns.
• Manage training registrations and record attendance within the LMS SuccessFactors system.
• Manage translations requests for training and communication activities.

Education and Experience:

Progress towards a college degree inBusiness, Marketing, or Communicationsrequired. (Students who have recently graduated are only eligible to work as an intern/co-op up to six months from their graduation date.)

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

• Effective communication.
• Knowledge of Communication and Marketing campaigns preferred.
• Technical writing experience preferred. 
• Public Speaking experience preferred. 
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite. 

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:

PC; Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook; PowerPoint; Word and Excel. Fax; Scanner.
