Responsibilities
Ready to make an impact? Peraton is seeking an experienced Change Management Evangelist to work on the Digital Transformation, Acquisition, Modernization, and Modification (DTAMM) program. Become part of our team where we will partner with the United States Space Force (USSF) to employ modernization and digital transformation efforts that enable the acceleration of a national launch cadence across the Eastern Range (ER) and Western Range (WR).
The Space Force is focused on developing a scalable system capable of responding to the demands of National Security Space Agencies' objectives and DoD's Test and Evaluation (T&E) needs as well as ensuring the Nation's ability to access space. The Range Architectural line of effort will be enabled through innovative employment of cloud technologies, software development services, AI/ML, hardware modernization, and cyber security strategies. These efforts will improve data acquisition, processing, and distribution while enhancing collaboration between government and commercial launch partners. Prototypes and emerging technologies will be advanced into the LTRS architecture and incrementally delivered as operational capabilities, supporting the objectives of increased launch capacity and tempo for our nations ER and WR spaceports. Our goal is to develop a team that is innovative, professional, and eager to apply their expertise to support the mission.
The Change Management Evangelist will be responsible for the following but not limited to:
  • Leads the development and implementation of the Spaceport CONOPS change program instrumentation systems and operational/business process transformation activities.
  • Work with management personnel and within technically diverse project teams to develop content supporting communicating Organizational Change.
  • Utilize written and spoken communication, user outreach, feedback and training, within an overall program that supports the implementation of fundamental change.
  • Understand and document the impact of technology changes on business process and policy/legislation.
  • Understand and document the impact of change on workforce components including ability to identify personnel technical requirements, identify job classes and associated skill requirements.
  • Participate in technical studies, prepare reports and briefing materials.
  • Interface with the Governent customer, contractor operations personnel and launch vehicle users to communicate change concepts and provide feedback into the architecture and design functions.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree and 8-10 years of relevant experience or a Master's Degree and 6-8 years of relevant experience or PhD with 3+ years of relevant experience; Equivalent years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Experience analyzing operational processes and assisting in developing change facilitating mission execution efficiencies.
  • Experience preparing and delivering written reports and customer briefings.
  • Ability to work with senior customer and user representatives to define and implement the change management program.
  • Experience working with technically diverse project teams in a high operations tempo environment.
  • Position requires an active Secret security clearance.

Target Salary Range
$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
