We will train you in all aspects full body sugaring, lash lift & tints, brow laminations and v-facials. What is a Vfacial you ask? Once training is complete, clients are generated through paid marketing & advertising, so no having to solicit your own clients!

What we’re looking for

• Required: current Colorado licensure (Esthetician/Cosmetologist)
• **MUST HAVE AT LEAST 6+ months of waxing experience and wish to continue in the waxing / hair removal profession
• Flexible, adaptable, and willing to learn & utilize new techniques
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Consultative approach with each client and a desire to help others feel good about themselves
• People person with a positive, friendly, upbeat, and personable demeanor
• Comfortable working with Sugaring and performing body hair removal for all genders
• Part-time to start - we are open 7 days a week and offer morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts (must be able to work one weekend shift) – closed major holidays
• Exceptional time management & communication skills
• Initiative-taking & strong work ethic
• Must be physically capable of working on their feet 8+ hours a day when needed and have full mobility of hands and arms
• Ability to work at both Denver and Thornton studio a PLUS

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun and unforgettable experience for our clients by consistently delivering remarkable customer service
• Analyze, consult, and perform high-quality hair removal, brow, and lash services in a professional and comfortable setting
• Educate clients on the benefits of sugaring vs. waxing or shaving and upsell ancillary services such as vajacials, lash lift & tint, and brow laminations
• Provide pre and post-care service instructions including ongoing maintenance for optimum results
• Build new guest relationships and focus on the retention of clients
• Meet and exceed service and guest retention objectives
• Check clients in/out using our POS system
• Clean studio as needed during slow times
• Restock rooms and maintain inventory
• Maintain a sanitary workstation and assist with sanitation throughout the studio

Pay: $17.29 - $40.00 per hour
