They are expecting a baby girl in April! Since the father travels frequently, this stay-at-home mom is looking for someone to share the workload.
They are seeking an experienced nanny who is passionate about working with children and has a good understanding of child development, particularly with infants and toddlers. The nanny will work from Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, with some flexibility to work additional hours and occasionally work on weekends if possible! The family also travels to golf tournaments both domestically and internationally for 7-10 days at a time, so the nanny must be willing to travel and have a valid passport! The family prefers the nanny to have a reliable vehicle to be able to pick up their 3-year-old from preschool from time to time. Gas and mileage will be reimbursed.
The ideal candidate should be energetic, patient, hands-on, and active, with excellent communication skills. Someone trustworthy, responsible, and reliable, and have experience with managing the behaviors of children. They would love the nanny to be creative in developing developmentally appropriate activities and crafts that encourage the children to explore, be active, and be adventurous. The family has two golden doodles that do not require care. Light meal prep, light housekeeping, and occasional laundry for the children are part of the job. The nanny will also be responsible for diaper changes, bathing, and supporting the mom in maintaining a routine for the boys. Above all, the nanny must prioritize the safety of the children.
The family is looking for someone who will fit in perfectly with their growing family. They are looking for someone to start ASAP, ideally, before their daughter is due in April. Prefers candidates to be up to date with all vaccinations per the CDC requirements. Pay is $25-35/hr via payroll, and the benefits include five days of paid sick leave and ten days of PTO.
