About the Company: Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc. (JJHCS) provides contracting, supply chain, business services, and strategic solutions to customers and commercial intermediaries of U.S.-based Johnson & Johnson companies. Position Summary: The Order to Cash (OTC) Business Process Analyst will be part of the Medical Technologies Business Process Owner Capabilities team, reporting to the Manager, OTC Business Process Enablement – Global Surgery/CSS. The role involves supporting system upgrades, improvements, and break/fix solutions on the Order to Cash system. Responsibilities include business simulation, user acceptance testing, root cause analysis, and resolution of process issues impacting Global Surgery Franchises. Collaboration with various departments such as Commercial, Supply Chain, IT, and Compliance is essential to ensure integrated approaches are provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support multiple moderate-sized projects, applying business knowledge, system expertise, decision-making, and project management skills.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Global Surgery OTC processes, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing status updates to business partners and IT teams.
  • Maintain a balance between business needs and strategies within IT standards.
  • Lead change management, communications, and partner alignment for process improvements and system changes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop end-to-end strategic solutions and conduct root cause analysis.
  • Participate in project status reviews and system change reviews for requirements gathering and scope definition.
  • Develop test plans, data mine for accurate test data, and support business simulation and UAT testing.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, IT, or related field preferred.

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of testing methodology and process orientation.
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements (CSV, SOX, GxP).
  • Proficiency in Excel and SharePoint.

Preferred:

  • Understanding of supply chain interdependencies.
  • Experience in Supply Chain or Global Surgery/CSS Franchises preferred.
  • Detailed understanding of Global Surgery Business Processes.
  • Experience in SAP Sales & Distribution Module.
  • Experience with supply chain tech platforms (e.g., JIRA, Solman, IRIS).
  • Change management skills.
  • Experience working remotely in a collaborative environment.

Other Information:

  • May require up to 10% domestic and/or international travel.
  • Anticipated base pay range: $61,000 to $97,750 per year.
  • Eligible for annual performance bonus and employee benefit programs.
