JOB SUMMARY:
As an Order Specialist you will act as the upfront order process expert collaborating our sales with the submission of customer requests into various system interfaces. This position is held accountable for assisting with the resolution of customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction. This position has independent authority to escalate to whatever level necessary to expeditiously resolve customer complaints. Problems faced can be difficult but not complex. : Gather key order specifications, establish order requirements, submit orders, and determine if network and voice service orders are complete and ready to move to the next stage for processing. Review all systems to ensure all elements of the order are captured accurately and consistent from database to database. Collaborate with customer, sales, network, and operations to create a workflow and timeline.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES:
● Billing of all Global Services customers in an accurate and timely manner
● Responsibility for billing set up checks based on specific non-standard customer’s requirements
● Responsibility for raising manual invoices and resolution of all related billing issues
● Investigate possible discrepancies between billing request and systems to prevent future mistakes on invoice
● Responsibility for invoice printing and delivery
● Daily communication with other departments, sales managers, dispute managers
QUALIFICATIONS:
● Minimum 2 years of Customer service.
● Minimum 6 months of Telecommunication (Wireless) company experience.
● Must have good reading and analytical/problem solving capabilities.
● Must be computer literate with basic understanding of connecting cables/USB functionalities.
● Demonstrates knowledge of the business and applicable operational platforms
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
● High School diploma required
