About the Role
Repack Order Selectors (Single Item Pickers) for our 2nd Shift operation are a key function of our organization. Our Repack area contains single pick various HBAC/grocery items, candy, and tobacco (just to name a few!) that are picked using hand-held devices placed in totes for next day delivery. In this role, you will use a wrist scanner to quickly yet accurately find, select & scan, and pack these individual items into travel totes which are then placed on a conveyance line to the loading dock. This job is similar to production line work, or retail bagging work. The ideal candidate is driven, and brings a competitive nature balanced with a great sense of team identity.
Schedule
The schedule is flexible, with both Full-Time and Part-Time positions. If your availability doesn't quite work with these shifts below but almost would with modifications, please still apply and let us know.
Full-Time:
•Sunday - Thursday: starting at 11:00 A.M. and works until the job is finished. The opportunity for overtime exists.
•Monday-Thursday: 9:30 AM - 7:30 PM
Part-Time:
•Sun-Mon: 11am-9pm
•Tues-Weds: 11am-9pm
•(perfect for high schooler juniors/seniors) Sun, Weds: 4pm-10pm max
Responsibilities
•To pick all orders for each customer quickly and accurately
•Follow safety and warehouse rules
•Place all product in totes neatly to reduce damages
•Efficiently use hand-held scanning device while picking orders

Requirements
•High school diploma, G.E.D.
•Must be 16 years old
•Walk / stand for 8 or more hours daily
•Must be able to lift over 55+ pounds
•Employee is regularly required to stand, walk, climb, kneel, crouch, or crawl to reach freight
•Must be able to carry out detailed written or oral instructions
