Order Puller/Stocker

Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate a forklift to move materials and products within the warehouse
- Utilize a warehouse management system to track inventory and ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in order fulfillment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Experience:
- Previous experience in order picking or a similar role is preferred
- Familiarity with production planning and materials management processes
- Proficiency in operating a forklift and other warehouse equipment
- Knowledge of supply chain and shipping/receiving procedures
- Experience using warehouse management systems, such as Nielsen, is a plus

Skills:
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order picking and packing
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain an orderly warehouse
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors
- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking
