Job Summary:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Processor to join our client’s company. As an integral part of the team, you will be responsible for efficiently handling customer orders and ensuring a smooth process from order placement to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Management: Process incoming customer orders accurately and promptly through our system while ensuring all details are correctly documented.
Order Tracking: Monitor and track the status of orders, keeping customers informed about their order's progress and anticipated delivery dates.
Coordination: Collaborate with various departments such as sales, warehouse, and shipping to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery of orders.
Customer Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with customers, addressing inquiries, providing order updates, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and shipping documents.
Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve order discrepancies or issues related to inventory, pricing, or delivery schedules in a timely manner.
Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on orders to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer requirements before dispatch.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in order processing, preferably in the furniture or retail industry.
Proficiency in using order management software or systems.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective customer interaction and team collaboration.
Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of furniture products and materials is a plus.
Details:
Employment type: Contract to Hire
Compensation: $18-20/hr
Work hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
