SalaryProcess and track data related to machine projects, sales orders and purchase orders within Glatt’s ERP (Navision) and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote Configurator) databases, working closely with Sales and Technical colleagues.
General Information:
- Associate or a bachelor’s degree in management information systems or supply chain/Logistics or similar quantitate field.
- 3-5 years of experience and be highly organized with excellent communications skills.
- Familiarity with the company’s product will be necessary to understand the context of the database information and entries.
- Since this is a newly created position, the individual must be a “self-starter”, meaning able to understand the overall goals for the position and then independently develop a path towards that, seeking support a needed.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Administrative handling of Sales Orders (SO’s), Purchase Orders (PO’s) to Glatt Companies, and Change Orders.
2. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Quote Generation Software, and Microsoft Office Software (Excel, Word, etc.).
3. Create and oversee Sales Project Number Creation, Order Confirmation, etc.
6. Create simple records for quotes, work with/modify existing records. Manipulate records as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
