Job Description: We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Order Processing Specialist to join our team. The Order Processing Specialist will play a crucial role in overseeing the smooth flow of orders, ensuring accurate processing, and facilitating effective communication between clients and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Monitoring: Regularly monitor the status of incoming orders, ensuring they are processed promptly and accurately within established timelines.
- Communication Support: Act as a point of contact for both clients and vendors, providing timely updates on order status, product availability, and any potential delays or issues.
- Issue Resolution: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to promptly address and resolve any discrepancies, errors, or issues related to orders, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Vendor Coordination: Assist in communicating with vendors to confirm order details, resolve any issues, and coordinate delivery schedules to meet client expectations.
- Order Issue Resolution & Escalation: Identify when problems need to be escalated to technical or account management and provide detailed escalation information to technical support or account management teams for efficient resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Client Support: Provide exceptional customer support by promptly responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and keeping clients informed about the status of their orders throughout the fulfillment process.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience with ticketing software or proficiency in managing order fulfillment queues is advantageous.
