We are seeking an Order Processing / Office Administrator to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Processing orders in a 3PL system
  • Ensuring all orders are processed and shipped accordingly
  • Managing stock levels
  • Invoicing and running payments
  • Keeping the office running smoothly and overseeing administrative support
  • Sales recording and reporting
  • Working closely with clients, national sales team and warehouse/shipping teams
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks
  • Update CRM system and run reports
  • Creating and managing order forms
  • Managing customer service and order email accounts
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Managing Faire platform

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
  • Excellent customer service and people skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Drive
  • Dependability and professionalism
