Job Description
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a high volume environment with many SKUs, be detail-oriented, self-motivated, eager to learn and able to execute these essential responsibilities:
Responsibilities –
- Receive and enter orders (both EDI & manual), obtaining factor approval before processing.
- Perform allocation prior to release of Order to the warehouse.
- Communicate with sales team on order issues and follow up to resolve to release to warehouse.
- Release orders to warehouse and communicate special projects or alerts with shipping teams.
- Monitor all ship windows and ensure orders are released in a timely manner.
- Import 850/PO’s.
- Pack and create ASN’s, UCC PDF files (on exceptions); send ASN’s to proper partners.
- Update store addresses and DC locations.
- Maintain inventory and location cross-references.
Qualifications -
- 1-3 years of related experience, preferably in wholesale/retail apparel industry.
- Experience working with Departments Stores, Mid-Tier Retailers, and Off-Price Retailers a plus.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Dynamics is a plus).
- Knowledge of GP and Foundry (TrueCommerce) EDI Platform is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and multi-task.
- Attention to detail with solid analytical skills.
