Capitol Wright Distributing services 2,027 off-premise accounts (convenience stores and grocery stores) and 2,468 on-premise accounts (bars and restaurants) in fourteen counties and employs approximately 600 people as an equal employment opportunity wholesale beverage distributor of Texas.
Warehouse duties as assigned
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Safely and accurately select customer orders according to pick line layout
Perform pre-shift equipment checks and safely operate an electric pallet jack
Maintain the required minimum cases per hour and load errors to market
Ability to count layers of product on pallets built
Ability to lift 25 - 175 lbsUnderstand basic function of iPod and ring scanner
Qualifications: Candidate must have prior experience in KIOSK, order picking, replenishment, route return, loading and layer pick. Candidate must be able to multi task and succeed in a fast-paced environment. Candidate must be able to lead by example and enforce company policies. This position requires good verbal, written, email communication skills

**Starting pay $16 during training period and $1 differential for 2nd Shift
Pay for performance rate $17 - $22 hourly and $1 Differential for 2nd shift
