CastleBranch is seeking an Order Fulfillment Specialist. The Order Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for processing order items through order fulfillment. The ideal candidate for this position is focused, cognizant of time management, and detail oriented.

Areas you will Impact

• With great attention to detail and focus, you will be responsible for processing order items through proprietary software systems
• Use order management system and websites to facilitate compliance services for clients and users
• Effectively transcribing, updating customer information, and entering records.
• Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits
• Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
• Compiling, verifying the accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
• Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output
• Other similar and/or related duties as assigned

Requirements:

Key Skills and Experiences

• At least six months to one year in a similar role in a data entry environment with comparable goals/responsibilities
• Typing speed and accuracy. The ideal candidate should score at least 40 words per minute
• Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
• Attention to detail
• Confidentiality
• Competitive nature, Gamer
• Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
• Comfortable efficiently navigating around a desktop computer and multiple systems simultaneously
• Lifelong learner mentality; learning and trying new things to work towards being better than yesterday
• Motivated and determined to learn new systems, services, and processes, while being flexible, adaptable to understanding the software improvement life cycle
• Positive mindset – exude a positive attitude and are a team player. Bring a passion for customer service and problem-solving to the table every time.
