Order Fulfillment Specialist

Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday through Friday

Position Summary

Maxpro Window Films is looking for warehouse associate to become part of an excellent team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are highly organized, efficient, safety conscious and have a pleasant, outgoing attitude and want to excel in the Order Fulfillment, shipping and inventory management in our Chandler, Arizona Distribution facility.

Major Responsibilities

Job requirements may include the following where applicable:

• Accurately stage and sort products for loading
• Loads and unloads trailers
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and update supplies as needed
• Sorts and places product in racks or other designated areas
• Stacks cardboard boxes and pallets
• Package or kit finished product for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling)
• Electronically scan products using a warehouse management system
• Quality control
• Communicate with Manager on premise to rectify problems, such as damages, shortages or nonconformance to specifications
• Read sales orders or receive oral instructions to determine products to ship
• Assemble product shipments and pallets, records shipment data, such as weight, charges, damages, or discrepancies for reporting, accounting or record keeping purposes.
• Process customer order and estimates accurately and efficiently
• Pack, seal, label, or affix postage to prepare materials for shipping, using hand tools or strapping machine
• Uses computer and computer systems (including hardware and software) to create inventory and shipment labels, set up functions, enter data, or process information
• Learn proper operation of equipment for safe processing and transportation of materials (Industrial pallet jack, film cart, pneumatic staple gun
• Learn safe operation of equipment (Baloney slicer, strapping machine)
• Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor
• Ability to work independently, customer service, dealing with others, multi-tasking skills, organizational skills, flexible, excellent with numbers and time management skills required
• Ability to work in non-climate controlled conditions required

Job Requirements

• Work in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing dynamics
• High attention to detail and thoroughness in completing job tasks
• Must maintain neat appearance
• Capable of working a consistent schedule starting at 8:30 and have own transportation to and from work
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
• Some computer experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
