Develop your expertise as an Order Fulfillment Manager - Packaging Sector:
Under the supervision of the Vice President, Supply Chain Planning and Execution, the Order Fulfillment Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, managing and evaluating customer service, logistics execution activities and the budget of his/her strategic business unit.
Your responsibilities:
- Oversee on-time and complete delivery of customer orders;
- Ensure Order Fulfillment from warehouses and distribution centers;
- Evaluate plant performance related to logistics execution and ensure continuous improvement;
- Collaborate with the sales and operations planning team to improve customer service processes;
- Ensure compliance with business rules, LE-WM (Logistics Execution and Warehouse Management) and OtC (Order to Cash) processes;
- Contribute to the definition of service levels according to customer segmentation;
- Monitor best practices and disseminate them throughout the organization;
- Ensure the mobilization and development of all your employees.

- 5 to 10 years' experience in a role developing strategies, policies, procedures and other related activities;
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations management or equivalent;
- Relevant experience with an ERP system, ideally SAP;
- Excellent proactive decision-making and analytical skills;
- Exceptional customer relations skills;
- Leadership and ability to generate support for proposed solutions;
- Significant experience in people management and demonstrated skills as a coach: mobilizing and inspiring his/her team.
Additional information
The candidate will be required to travel frequently to different plants in North America (approximately 25% of travel time is expected to be spent in Canada and the United States).
