SalaryJob Summary:
We are seeking an efficient and detail-oriented Order Processor to join our team. As an Order Processor, you will be responsible for accurately processing customer orders and ensuring timely order fulfillment. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities:
- Print orders
- Enter orders into the inventory system
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient order processing and fulfillment
- Obtain shipping quotes
- Prepare shipping labels and documentation
- Create invoices and send them to customers
- Provide customer service
- File and scan documents
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment; comply with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the customer fulfillment supervisor or office manager
Skills:
- Basic math skills for accurate order processing
- Familiarity with distribution center operations
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy
- Knowledge of order fulfillment processes and procedures
- QuickBooks experience is a plus
- Inventory Software experience (Fishbowl, SAP, etc.) a plus
