Responsibilities
The successful candidate for this position will be able to work independently, keep their composure in a fast-paced environment, multi-task effectively and solve problems quickly.
Order status monitoring:
- Proactively address issues or delays in order processing
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and order information
- Work closely with the warehouse and logistics team to facilitate smooth order fulfillment
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve order-related issues and improve processes
- Conduct regular reviews of order entries to identify and correct errors
- Implement quality control measures to minimize order processing discrepancies
- Monitor trends in sales orders
Order Entry:
- Monitor incoming orders from a variety of platforms such as FashionGo, Faire, and Shopify
- Accurately enter and process orders into the the resource planning tools
- Verify order details to ensure accuracy
- Ensure that all required information is complete and compliant with company policies
- Manage inventory allocation
Communication:
- Collaborate with the sales team to clarify order specifications and resolve any discrepancies
- Communicate with warehouse team to confirm order details and address any issues or questions
- Communicate with customers regarding shipping, payments, and return merchandise authorizations.
Data Maintenance:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in NetSuite and CRM systems
- Assist in data clean-up and validation to ensure the integrity of order data
- Build customer lists by gathering customer information from third party platforms and integrating it into the CRM
Collaboration
- Work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to facilitate smooth order fulfillment
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve order-related issues and improve processes
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support customer generation and list building
- Collaborate with sales team to maintain an understanding of the marketplace
- Quality Assurance
- Conduct regular reviews of order entries to identify and correct errors
- Implement quality control measures to minimize order processing discrepancies
Additional assignments as needed
