Hours: M-F 8:00 am-4:30 pm
Recent welding Technical High School Graduates needed for entry level contract to hire Orbital Welder opportunities.
Daily activities include:

• Perform orbital welding of tubing and components
• Work with stainless steel only
• Set up and calibrate power supply with the correct welding program
• Weld together metal components of products such as piping systems, pipe and tube or structural shapes, using arc and arc gas welding equipment
• Work with conventional and precision measuring instruments
• Read electro-mechanical diagrams, drawings, and work orders
• Maintain regular checks on welding equipment ensuring that machines are operating properly
• Plan work and selects proper tools working within precise limits or standards of accuracy
• Compare and see differences in the size, shape and form of lines, figures and objects
• Manipulate parts to match print and dimensional specifications
• Complete parts to acceptable standards ensuring customer satisfaction
• May perform some limited E/M assembly
