Our state-of-the-art private Oral Surgery practice is searching for an organized and patient-focused Dental Front Desk associate for our EXTON AND PAOLI locations. We are seeking a qualified and motivated candidate to join our skilled team as a Dental Front Desk Associate! This person should be a reliable, self-starter, team player and who is highly organized and has strong verbal skills. They should have an outgoing personality, present well to others, and enjoy working with patients and team members. This is a full time opportunity and candidate must be available to work Monday - Friday and be available to go to each location as needed.

• Greet and welcome patients and visitors.
• Provide outstanding customer service to our patients, coworkers, and the public.
• Follow HIPAA confidentiality guidelines.
• Answer patient phone calls, schedule appointments, fill schedules and follow up on emails & voicemails
• Check patients into the patient management system.
• Ensure financial agreements are signed and scanned.
• Collect all balances and co-pays.

Minimum Qualifications for the Dental Front Desk Associate:

• WinOMS and Sensei Cloud practice management software a plus
• Experience working with patients in a dental or medical office
• Must be able to work in both locations as needed
• Flexible schedule
