Job Summary:
Akeso Oral Surgery is a leading Oral Surgery practice dedicated to providing high-quality care to our patients in the Baltimore and surronding areas. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oral Surgery Assistant to join our team.
**Job Description:**
We are looking for a detail-oriented and compassionate Oral Surgery Assistant to support our oral surgeons in providing exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oral Surgery procedures and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist the oral surgeon during surgical procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Educate patients on post-operative care instructions
- Maintain accurate patient records
**Requirements:**
- X-ray certification
- Prior experience in Oral Surgery
- Strong knowledge of Oral Surgery procedures
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
