Oral Surgeon (Make Your Own Schedule)

Welcome to Advanced Dental Center! We are a local family owned high end dental practice with four locations around Louisville, KY.

We are currently looking for an Oral Surgeon (1099) to join out team! Looking for a 1 day a week commitment. Modern office with amazing technology. Busy with HMO, PPO and fee for service patients. We offer a great environment and culture!

We are offering:

• 1 once a week (rotation at different office locations)
• Flexible working hours
• Independent Contractor
• Paid on percentage

Requirements of the position include:

• Graduation from a U.S. accredited four year dental school (DDS/DMD) required.
• Post-graduate of a U.S. surgical program with certificate to practice Oral Surgery
• Unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the State of Kentucky.
• DEA registration.
• Current CPR (BLS) from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Professional malpractice insurance.
