Full-time Oral Surgeon: Aurora, CO

Excellence Recruiting is actively seeking a skilled Full time Oral Surgeon to join our exceptional team of dental professionals in Aurora, CO. As an Oral Surgeon, you will have the opportunity to work with a winning team in a highly respected dental practice.

To be considered for this role, you must hold an active Dental License in the state of Colorado. Additionally, you should be eligible for obtaining Dental licenses in other states as required (Board Eligible). If needed, our client will cover the costs associated with your license applications in other states.

• Candidates need to be authorized to work in the US with an active dental License to practice oral dental surgery for one of the US States.
• New Grads and experienced surgeons are welcome!
  

Full time Oral Surgeon Overview:

As an Oral Surgeon, you will be responsible for providing high-quality oral surgery services to patients. The primary procedures will involve bread-and-butter oral surgery, including but not limited to implants, extractions, and wisdom teeth extraction. A trauma call is optional for those who are interested. Our client practices operate in a clinical setting, and hospital call is available but not mandatory.

Full -time Oral Surgeon Responsibilities:

• Perform oral surgery procedures, including implants, extractions, and wisdom teeth extraction.
• Provide high-quality care to patients and ensure patient satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Collaborate with the dental team to develop treatment plans and provide comprehensive dental care.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements and techniques in oral surgery.
• Adhere to all applicable legal and ethical standards in patient care.
  

Full-time Oral Surgeon Qualifications:

• Board eligibility in Oral Surgery is required.
• A valid state license is preferred, but we are willing to assist unlicensed candidates in obtaining their licenses.
• Can be a new Oral surgeon or an experienced Oral Surgeon,
• Excellent clinical and surgical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
• Availability for light travel for intervention in various practices in the State and cities of your choice.

Full-time Oral Surgeon Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive salary
• Potential to earn between 40%-43% of production.
• Additionally, you will have high guaranteed minimums per day.
• The payment structure primarily consists of cash payments with select PPO (NO HMO or Medicare).
