Currently, we are looking for an Oracle Workforce Management Functional Lead - Absence Management, Time & Labor to join our team. This is a full-time position, will be remote and located in the United States.

What You’ll Do:

  • Consult on AST's managed Cloud ERP engagements, including implementations and upgrades
  • Engage with clients and lead workshops to define business requirements
  • Conduct gap analysis between delivered functionality and client requirements and recommend solutions
  • Provide subject matter expertise on one or more Oracle Cloud HCM modules - experience with Absence Management and Time & Labor.
  • Ability to design, test, deploy business processes and configurations within HCM Management modules
  • Able to set-up the system to meet the desired business process and requirements
  • Develop testing scenarios, test scripts and leading teams in unit, integration and acceptance testing
  • Ability to understand integrations with other modules with Oracle suite of modules.
  • Ability to work with other team members in configuring the Fusion Cloud Applications
  • Travel to interesting places in North America.

What You Bring:

  • 4+ year of experience as a Functional Lead specializing in Absence Management and Time & Labor.
  • At least 2 full life cycle (end to end) implementations of Absence Management and Time & Labor (including oversight of relevant and key integrations)
  • Complete understanding of how Absence Management and Time & Labor modules interact with Oracle Payroll Cloud or other Payroll solutions
  • Public sector experience (state/local government and/or K12/university) is a huge plus
  • 4-year Bachelor degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Ability to quickly understand HR concepts and apply to technology
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills, problem solving/debugging skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse group of people
  • Able to travel weekly (normally Monday-Thursday) in support of assigned projects (we do not relocate our staff project by project)
  • Capable to work independently, take initiative with minimal supervision yet can participate as a team member with a willingness to help where needed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, active listening and interpersonal skills
  • Organized and detailed oriented
  • Able to fully utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Adapt to new projects quickly with a can-do, jump-right-in attitude.
  • Natural and supportive team leader and member
