Job Description
You are:
Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Functional Consultant.
The Work:
- Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, to implement Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and related Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs.
- Applies Inspirage methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.
- Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement.
- Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.
- May act as the team lead on projects. Tasks including acting as leader, managing team, interacting with customer team leadership, and completing critical project documentation.
- Effectively consults with management of customer organizations.
- Gains client acceptance of the defined solution.
- Fully comprehends client requirements and translates them into implementable solutions
- Participates in and/or supports business development activities.
- Understands how and is willing to do hands-on OTM configuration work
Here's what you need:
- Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent education or experience
- 5+ years of OTM experience relevant to this position
- Experienced and knowledgeable in OTM product and related family of products
- Understanding of solutions, business processes, or technology designs within a product/technology family.
- Solid understanding of OTM product functionality
- Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus
- Current in applicable industry/business knowledge, as well as logistics management in such fields as consumer product goods, energy, high technology, manufacturing and/or pharmaceuticals

Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role:
California: $141,800 - $269,100
Colorado: $111,400 - $184,300
New York: $103,200 - $213,600
Washington State: $118,700 - $196,400
