Oracle HCM Implementation Consultant
- Permanent role
- Base salary range $185,000 - $200,000

Oakleaf Partnership is partnered with a market-leading consultancy in their industry focused on Oracle in their search for an HCM Functional consultant/Oracle consultant to join a growing new division.
This will be a fast-paced multifaceted role focused on a brand-new division for a consultancy at the forefront of the market.
Role
We are looking for a Human Capital Management (HCM) Functional Consultant with a proven track record of successful project delivery and at least 5 years of HCM experience including a minimum of 3 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud implementations.
Must be able to provide excellent functional skills in the implementation of Oracle Cloud across a number of industry sectors and ensure the delivery of excellence across the team.
You will have outstanding experience in delivering excellence in:
- Creation and ownership of Cloud HCM solutions to complex business problems.
- Delivering the phases of project delivery including Design, Build, Test, Rollout and Support
- Advising and guiding clients on Oracle Cloud HCM functionality, implementation and process improvement
- Workshop and Training facilitation
- Delivery of all supporting documentation
- Support development and execution of roll out strategies, cut-over/transition plans, end-user training and documentation
- Experience of implementation methodologies such as Cloud Application Services (CAS) OUM
We are keen to hear from ambitious, versatile Oracle professionals with drive and ambition. The individual will need to have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate environment.
Requirements:
- BS degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience designing, implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM in a complex environment
- Experience with implementing at least 2 Oracle Cloud Modules over and above Core HCM
- Strong knowledge on HR Processes
- Good understanding of SQL and PLSQL
- Customer focus, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Developing strong relationships with colleagues, Oracle and other partners
- Ability to multi-task and handle design for multiple enhancements in parallel
- Willingness to engage with off-shore team members during their day-time business hours

- Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently, but also collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to present and advise senior stakeholders
