Job Description

Project Leadership Responsibilities

  • As leader of the team, lead and manage resources, work, and work products.
  • Be the main point of contact between i360 and Prime and ensure that all requests from Prime are met in a timely manner.
  • Shape opportunities and increase our workshare on the project by working very closely with the prime vendor.

Oracle Functional Responsibilities

  • Responsible for working with the client business process to, gather and analyze requirements, , and  configure Oracle modules (Cash Management, Accounts Receivable, Project Billing, and Advanced Collections.)
  • Responsible for designing the Oracle RICEW objects related to the O2C process flow.
  •  Lead O2C/ functional requirements gathering/process definition meetings, updating documents as required.
  • Define OTC testing scenarios.
  • Manage testing plan and triage issues related to OTC testing.

Qualifications

  • Must be a US Citizen or permanent resident (Green Card holder).
  • Work Hours: Monday-Friday
  • This position is currently remote with the possibility of onsite presence as needed.
  • Prior experience working as a team lead/project manager for an Oracle ERP implementation project.
  • Minimum of 7 years of functional experience in implementing Oracle R12 O2Ct, Cash Management, Accounts Receivable, Projects, and) applications with emphasis on analysis, implementation, and problem resolution
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience with O2C business processes
  • Prior experience assessing existing applications and business processes and making recommendations for improvements.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience planning and scheduling tasks to provide an organized approach to implementing the system and process improvements.
  • Prior experience documenting functional specifications for data conversion requirements and supporting mapping activities.
  • Prior experience developing functional designs, including interface and extension designs.
  • Demonstrated prior experience implementing Oracle EBS Order to Cash functionality, including in-depth understanding and knowledge of:
    • Accounts Receivables
    • Cash Management
    • Advanced Collections
    • Projects Accounting/Costing/Billing
    • Reimbursable Agreements
    •  Lockbox Processing
    • Collections Information Repository (CIR)
    • Billing
    • Customer Management
    • Hands-on experience implementing and configuring Oracle R12 modules, including:
      • Cash Management
      • Accounts Receivables
      • Advanced Collections
      • Must have prior experience preparing functional designs.
      • Must have prior experience developing interface functional designs.
      • Must have prior experience designing and executing end-to-end integration testing.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
  • Must hold a BS/BA degree in a relevant discipline such as MIS, IT, Computer Science, Business, Accounting, and Finance
  • Demonstrated excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and technical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
