Form of work This is a hybrid position and will need to be onsite 2-3 days a week.
Statement of Work:
Contractor will be modernizing the financial business processes for USAC, to include implementing Oracle EBS. There are two workstreams - one for the Federal Universal Service Fund and one for the commercial USAC entity. The work includes Discovery, Design, Build, Test, Cutover, and Hypercare.

Required skills/Level of Experience:
- Experience implementing Oracle EBS 12.x, to include understanding/analyzing client requirements, running discovery workshops, designing to-be process in Oracle, and configuring the system.
- Significant experience with Payables and Obligations modules to address client processes.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Good analysis and communication skills
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Word
Nice to have skills:
- Strong Federal functional and Federal accounting skills
- Experience working with Confluence and Jira
