You Are:
As an Oracle Customer Experience (CX) Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing Oracle CX solutions for our clients. This position requires a deep understanding of business needs, the adept utilization of Oracle CX technology, and providing strategic guidance to ensure the successful implementation of customer-centric solutions. The role also entails close collaboration with clients, involving a thorough comprehension of their business processes, meticulous requirement analysis, and the configuration of the Oracle CX platform to enhance customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire and lead teams to bring their A-game.
The Work:
  • Solution Design and Architecture - Develop comprehensive Oracle B2B and B2C CX solutions (end to end) aligned with business requirements and objectives. Design and implement Solution Architectures, ensuring implemented/proposed solution are scalable, robust, and adhered with Oracle/industry specific best practices and standards.
  • Client Engagement - Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of their CX needs. Conduct workshops, presentations, and training sessions to demonstrate the capabilities of the Oracle CX platform.
  • CX Solution Implementation:
    • Design end-to-end CX solutions, considering integration points with other systems and platforms.
    • Lead the implementation of Oracle CX applications including Oracle B2B and B2C Sales & Service Cloud, CPQ, Knowledge Management, Field Services.
    • Configure and customize the CX platform to align with client-specific business processes and requirements.
    • Lead and anchor authoring of CX artifacts - architecture diagrams, solution design documents, interface design documents, data migration strategies, configuration settings, and customizations.
  • Data Migration - Plan and execute data migration activities, ensuring seamless transfer of customer data into the Oracle CX platform.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance - Conduct thorough testing of customizations and configurations to ensure system reliability and accuracy.
  • Training and Support - Provide training and user support to clients, empowering them to effectively use the Oracle CX platform. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, working closely with Oracle Support as needed.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, business analysts, and developers, to ensure successful project delivery. Communicate project progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
What You Need:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Oracle CX implementations, including B2B & B2C Sales and Service Cloud, CPQ, Field Service, Marketing Cloud, or Commerce Cloud.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience working in at least one CX domain: Sales, Service, Field Service, or Marketing.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Oracle CX solution design and architecture.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate's Degree with 6 years of work experience)

Bonus Points If:
  • Oracle CX Cloud certifications
  • Other relevant domain or industry certifications
  • Knowledge of Oracle PaaS solutions and integration tools is a plus

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.
