Job Description:
Oracle Cloud Specialist(Order to Cash)
Responsibilities:
Techno- Functional professional with 3+ ERP Financials implementations (e.g., Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle R12) and a senior team member with full cycle implementations.

• A minimum of 8+ years of experience implementing some combination of Oracle Financials applications such as: General Ledger (GL), Subledger Accounting (SLA), Financial Accounting Hub (FAH), Accounts Receivables (AR), Order to Cash(OTC), Record to Report(RTR)
• Demonstrated experience as a senior resource leading in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, user training.
• As an Oracle ERP system engineer, you are primarily responsible for capturing, analyzing and estimating customer business requirements and translating them into Oracle Cloud ERP solution architecture that fits within the business objectives.
• Expert knowledge in Accounting and Business Process Flows.
• Good exposure to Data integration using FBDI. AR Integration with upstream billing applications.
• Have good understanding of AR customer setup, hierarchy and their billing sites
• Should be able to design custom solutions using the Oracle best practices of Oracle finance
• Should be able to coordinate the design, development, and different testing activities
• Experience on SQL, PL/SQL, BI and OTBI reports
• Work with product, engineering and operational business stakeholders to understand and prioritize business systems needs related to Oracle ERP modules like OTC, RTR.
• Manage the deployment of new software, version upgrades, patch releases and major incidents for quarterly Oracle upgrades
• Manage development, Test, Release and Production environments in Oracle Cloud and dedicated on premise infrastructure.
• Carry out technical system audits to ensure compliance with appropriate standards.
• Employ agile methodology in the development of software, systems interfaces and application configurations.

Experience & Skills:

• 8+ years work experience in IT systems and deep domain knowledge of the associated Business Systems (Oracle ERP, Oracle SQL knowledge is must and Salesforce, Workday,Tableau is preferred).
• Experience on Media Advertising is plus
• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle and familiarity with the concept of front end, back end and full stack.
• Experience of developing plans and project management techniques.
• Proven ability to translate unstructured business problems into clearly defined requirements
• Comfortable communicating and empathizing with individuals across a variety of roles - you will need to gather needs from Support business owners, and then articulate those needs to technical partner
