Job Description
· Conducting design sessions to gather requirements for Oracle & Client cloud applications.
· Development of project deliverables such as:
1. Providing support creating approach and materials for Workshops involving both business and technical stakeholders
2. Business requirement gathering and translating into design options
3. Design and development of end-user training materials and communication plans
4. Development of user accepting testing plans/scripts as well as facilitating various testing cycles
5. Coordinating roll-out activities
6. Production support
7. Team management
· Experience with Client tools is a plus.
Required Experience & Skills:
· BA/BS/master’s degree
· Candidate has a basic understanding of Enterprise business processes (For example: Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report)
· Demonstrated experience acting as the liaison between business and IT stakeholders with communication skills to speak appropriately to both parties (translating ‘technology’ to the business and vice versa)
· Ability to set agendas and facilitate meetings, while focusing in on critical path discussion topics and necessary decisions
· Experience creating training/user documentation.
· Ability to self-manage tasks.
· Exposure to project related work and standard software implementation artifacts
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Proven ability to work remotely and independently in support of clients and team members
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $160,000.00 per year
