Oracle Cloud Financials Reporting Professional
TCM is seeking an Oracle Cloud Financials Reporting Professional for our client, a leading business transformation company. This role will support their Higher Education business and will focus on the key financial reports that need to get added to a new Oracle Financials Cloud system.

Build, automate and Assist in creating solutions for clients and internal reviews.
Conduct working sessions with clients to analyze business requirements and ensure Oracle standard methodologies are utilized.
Promote Oracle best practices and facilitate client adoption.
Design and develop reports and dashboards in Oracle Financials Cloud, utilizing tools such as BI Publisher, OTBI and Smart View.
Troubleshoot issues with existing reports and dashboards, and make enhancements as necessary.
Qualifications or Requirements :
The ideal candidate should have the following experiences, expertise and technical skills to perform the job:
Experience as an Oracle functional application specialist of Financials suite of modules
Experience with Financial management reporting and analysis, creating consolidated financial statements, Financial Close background (FCCS) and related best practices with Financial Reporting (FR) Studio
Experience with account reconciliation with Account Reconciliation Manager (ARM), Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS)
Experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud (FCCS), and/or Financial Data Quality Management
Implementation experience preferred with at least two of the following Oracle Cloud modules: General Ledger (GL), Receivables (AR), Payables (AP), Order to Cash (OTC), Chart of Accounts (CoA), Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Grants, Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
Preferred certifications include the following: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Chart of Accounts (CoA), Cash Management etc
Oracle certification in Reporting
Experience realizing operational efficiencies, compliance, and increased accountability within the Oracle ERP Cloud or PeopleSoft Financials
Prior experience as a Oracle Reporting lead with strong reporting functional knowledge
Technical skills and experience required:
Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), OBIEE, OBIA, RPD, Machine Learning and Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW), Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW)
Experience with common web connectivity and integration standards/protocols like XML, SOAP, REST, JSON and JDBC
Experience interfacing with enterprise applications, databases, service layers, and message queues
Experience with relational (SQL) & NoSQL databases
Preferred certification s include the following: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, etc.
Grants experience a plus.
Prior team management experience, experience managing people (mentoring, delegating, reviewing work, and coaching staff)
Grants experience a PLUS
experience in Oracle Cloud Project Portfolio Management (PPM) or PeopleSoft Grants module, including an understanding of how Grants interfaces with the General Ledger (GL) via subledger accounting (SLA), Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP), Cash Management, Fixed Asset, Procure-to-Pay (P2P) module
Experience managing the Grants lifecycle for receiving and defining awards, administering budgets and costs, billing, and evaluating funds/budget performance is a plus
Experience using either PPM or Oracle/PeopleSoft Grants to communicate and manage the budget process across the academic enterprise, including using the planning framework, modeling budget rules, and leveraging budget versions while establishing budgets for projects and grants
Experience with analysis and review of effort reporting and retro functionality
Qualifications or Requirements :
Substantial and measurable delivery of 2 or more End to implementations.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle workstream.
Current active Oracle Certification.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with work experience.
Excellent communication skills, oral and written, and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration.
Must have good planning, presentations and organization skills.
