Job Description:
- Must have working knowledge of CC&B (Customer Care and Billing) application.
- Oracle Techno Functional consultant in CCB (Customer Care & Billing)/ C2M and Oracle CCS implementation is added advantage.
- Utilities domain (Electric/Gas/Water)
- Extensive experience on CCB/C2M modules such as CRM, Billing, Metering, Activities C&C and payment and Finances is required.
- Good understanding of third party integration methodologies.
- 8+ years of experience needed in CCB (Customer care & Billing)/ C2M (Utilities Customer to Meter)/CCS.
- Stay in the know on leading industry trends and Oracle features to give your clients the best solutions for their needs.
- Understand and apply Oracle technical methodologies.
- Understand the client pain points and provide/configure the best practices followed in accordance with Oracle Customer Care and Billing Cloud Services
