Registered Nurse - Operating Room Duties: - Provide direct patient care in the Operating Room setting - Assist in surgical procedures by preparing and sterilizing equipment - Monitor patients' vital signs during surgery and ensure their safety and comfort - Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure proper patient positioning and preparation - Administer medications and anesthesia as directed by the surgeon - Assist with wound closure and dressing application - Document patient information, surgical procedures, and post-operative care Qualifications: - Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license - Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Operating Room setting - Knowledge of human anatomy and physiology - Proficiency in ostomy care and wound management - Familiarity with dermal fillers and other cosmetic procedures - Ability to triage patients and prioritize care based on acuity level - Experience with specimen collection processing and laboratory procedures - Competency in mammography screenings and interpretation of results - Skill in ventilating patients during surgery - Experience administering injections, including local anesthesia - Knowledge of family planning methods and counseling We offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, retirement plan, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
