SBH Health System seeks an OR Educator to join the nursing team. The successful candidate will plan, coordinate, provide and evaluate learning experiences for nursing staff to promote/maintain their competency. The ideal candidate must have three years nursing experience with demonstrated competence in nursing practice and leadership skills. Additionally the candidate must have a minimum of one year experience as an OR nurse educator teaching adults in classroom and clinical area with demonstrated competence in program planning and principle and practice of adult learning. Candidates must have a current New York State license to practice as a Registered Nurse. Bachelors degree in Nursing required, Masters degree preferred.
