SalaryOur Optometric private practice in Urbandale is growing and we are hiring a new team member. We are a locally-owned office that provides routine and medical eye care for both pediatric and adult patients. We are looking for a responsible, pleasant person who enjoys working with people. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a positive caring attitude, and a willingness to learn new skills. Experience would be helpful, but we will train the right person. In exchange, you will receive a positive and rewarding work atmosphere with the opportunity for continued growth and learning for years to come.
Responsibilities will have a lot of variety including:
assisting the doctors with patient care and special testing
assisting the contact lens technicians
educating new contact lens wearers
front desk responsibilities
representing the office at networking events
assisting with social media and other marketing

Hours can be discussed but this team member will need to be available for some of our evening hours.
