Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting and fitting eyeglasses and contact lenses
- Take accurate measurements of customers' eyes and facial features
- Provide recommendations on lens options, frames, and lens coatings based on customers' needs and preferences
- Adjust and repair eyewear as necessary
- Educate customers on proper eyewear care and maintenance
- Process orders for eyewear and contact lenses
- Perform medical billing for insurance claims related to eyewear purchases
- Collaborate with optometrists and ophthalmologists to ensure accurate prescriptions and optimal vision correction
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in optical technology and products
