2 years’ experience required in an Optical Trainer role with a proven track record for developing strategies and creating training materials.
Change to: ABOC/NCLE certification preferred but not required.
Proven optical retail or clinical experience.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in utilizing digital tools and e-learning platforms.
Ability to adapt training methods to diverse learning styles and experience levels.
