Optical Sales Manager

Parkway Eye Care Center is seeking an Optical Manager for our Orange, NJ location.

Position Summary:

The Optical Manager is responsible for the management of the optical department. This position will oversee the optical operations of the business, including sales, service, and support to ensure that all employees are trained and are able to deliver exceptional customer service to our patients. The Optical Manager will also be responsible for the optical inventory.

Essential Functions:
·Ensure that all employees are trained and are able to deliver exceptional customer service to patients.
·Ensure that all employees are aware of all policies and procedures related to Optical Sales, service, and support.
·Ensure that all employees are aware of all policies and procedures related to optical management.
·Ensure that all employees are aware of all policies and procedures related to optical inventory.
·Ensure that all employees understand the responsibilities of their position and be willing to perform their job with integrity.
·Ensure that all employees comply with company policies and procedures regarding patient care, confidentiality, and compliance.
·Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour

Experience:

• Optical Management: 1 year (Preferred)
• OPTICAL Sales: 3 years (Preferred)
